An Interview with Elayne Carpathia by Dishan Cal'Der
Dishan Cal'Der: Dishan is standing at the large Oak in Greenhaven, the same oak that he saw at the ceremony only weeks earlier. he stand there awaiting the arrival of the Arch Druid, Elayne, who has agreed to answer his interview questions. He quietly bides his time thinking on what life must be for a Druid.

Elayne CarpathiaElayne Carpathia calling out to him, "Greetings Dishan."
Dishan Cal'Der: Dishan turns with a smile at the greeting, "M'Lady, this Oak tree is mesmerizing." he says with some cheer, "The day has seen you well I hope?"
Elayne Carpathia: "My day has been joyful and serene. And yes, this Oak is very special...it was dedicated to True, our former Arch Druid and all of Greenhaven's druids."
Dishan Cal'Der: "Yes, I recall, that was a special event, I have never witnessed such a thing before." he nods to her with a smile, "I just want to say thank you for your time, I know you are busy." Dishan pulls out his usual rolled leather filled with parchments and a small lead, he kneels down, making his knee a small table to write. "Are you ready for these questions?.. Don't worry nothing other worldly or anything like that." he says in a playful chuckle.
Elayne Carpathia: "I'm ready when you are."
Dishan Cal'Der: Dishan smiles to her, "Okay, lets start from the beginning then. How long have you been here in this realm, was it a choice, destiny, fate maybe?"
Elayne Carpathia: "I've been in Greenhaven for about one year and three months." (I've been in SL as "Elayne Carpathia" for seven years and eight months.) "As to how I came to be here, all three probably fit; I've had a very old friend tell me 'twas my destiny."
Dishan Cal'Der: Dishan scribbles down her words with a nod, "very nice.. and did you have any set goals when you found yourself here?"
Elayne Carpathia: "I came here with seven years of healing behind me. The druid path is the one I felt most fit with my personality."
Elayne Carpathia: "I never thought I would come as far as I have so quickly."
Dishan Cal'Der: "The more healers the better in my book," he says in a snicker, "Yes, you are the Arch Druid of this land. Thats quite an achievement and responsibility." Dishan looks at what has been written so far before he continues, "and with that said, what of the future, any plans or paths? Changes or expansion?"
Elayne Carpathia: "I've given that some thought over the last few months. My plans will stay the same. I have much to learn and teach. I'm very satisfied with where I am.... Oh, one change I would like to see. I want to interact with others more. I'm very shy, so trying to overcome this."
Dishan Cal'Der: Dishan studies the Arch Druid for a moment, he inclines his head to her, "Dedicated, I like that." Dishan writes in her words before he looks to her again, "Well then, we will have to break out of that, ey?" he grins to her now as he starts to roll up his parchments. "Those are the daunting questions, M'Lady, again I thank you for your time."
Elayne Carpathia: "Thank you my kind friend, Dishan. I've enjoyed our talk."
